the pool slide is very fun for children. the resort has nice landscaping. ankit and rahul.
the bed was uncomfortable. It had a sagging mattress. thin walls did little to block out sounds from neighboring rooms.

underwhelming stay despite amenities
restaurant staff training inadequate service
the hotel's pools are a must try, offering a refreshing break during the day.
the restaurant staff lacked proper training for a supposedly high-end hotel. they often reached across the table to clear dishes, bending over guests while they were eating. also, they would leave ordered dishes on the table without asking who had ordered them. this service fell short of expectations.

Perfect Wedding Venue and Staff!
lush surroundings meticulous organization timely transfer
We hosted our daughter's wedding here. The venue has naturally beautiful, impeccably maintained, lush surroundings with palm trees. It provided a amazing backdrop for the special day! Shubham and his logistics team meticulously organized the pickup and drop for all guests. Every transfer was smooth and timely, ensuring guests felt looked after from arrival to departure.
I found the lack of a guest login access on the website slightly inconvenient. This login could also show extra spending done each day at the hotel. It will give clear financial visibility before checkout.

The swimming pool is large and fantastic, ensuring ample space for all guests. There is direct access to the beach which stretches endlessly for tens of kilometres. The grounds are very well maintained offering a serene atmosphere.

The food was DELICIOUS!!! The breakfast had good variety, especially the Indian options. Live music enhances the ambiance in the Indian restaurant providing an immersive cultural experience. I enjoyed the variety at dinner.

The location is fantastic in serene South Goa. The hotel has direct beach access to a clean beach area. Several shacks are nearby offering dining options. Cabs stop just in front of the hotel's gate.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The front office manager, Katie, offers excellent service. Shubham, the airport pickup staff, went out of his way to assist with ticket issues. Anish was very efficient.

Acceptable but Flawed Stay
The beach access was convenient (a definite plus).
There was drilling noise during the day near both the rooms and the pool. It's hard to relax when that noise is constant.
