The resort is a beautiful space with a stunning pool area and lovely gardens that are perfect for family gatherings. The staff are incredibly attentive and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. However, during our visit, we experienced some disturbances from an event in the hotel, and there were connectivity issues due to local taxi dependence.

My stay at this resort was truly enjoyable, highlighted by the beautiful pool and well-designed rooms that offered a unique ambiance. The staff’s exceptional hospitality, especially from Rudra at the Palm Restaurant, made my wife’s birthday celebration unforgettable. However, the dining options outside of the Palm Restaurant were somewhat lacking, and there’s definitely room for improvement in that area.

I had a mixed experience at this resort. While the property is absolutely beautiful with a stunning pool and great dining options, some aspects of my stay were quite disappointing. The service could definitely use improvement, as there were inconsistencies in guest handling. The rooms felt outdated and not as well-maintained for a five-star property, which was surprising. Overall, it's a solid place for a few days, but manage your expectations regarding service and room quality.

I had an amazing stay at the resort, located in a tranquil area near the beautiful Utorda Beach. The ambiance is fabulous, with well-maintained greenery and spacious, comfortable rooms. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The dining options exceeded my expectations, especially the breakfast buffet. However, having to pay for Wi-Fi was a minor inconvenience. Overall, I found great value for money and would love to return.
